Prices displayed do not include any extra charges in the country of import by the purchaser such as government taxes, imports or customs charges, insurance or any other type of charges. These are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay and deal with the appropriate authorities. Delivery within the times indicated cannot be guaranteed as actual shipping is out of the control of Sculpture Garments
Express delivery is sent by international courier and can be track and traced. Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 working days and is expected to arrive within 3 to 7 working days.
Normal delivery by airmail will be dispatched within 3 working days, and is expected to arrive within 8 to 18 working days.
Domestic Shipping ( within New Zealand)
Standard domestic orders will usually be dispatched by courier within 3 working days, and are expected to arrive within 1- 5 days after that.
Quality and Fit Guarantee
All returns are subject to inspection of the garment before refunds or exchange garments are issued.
Sculpture Garments guarantees all garments for 30 days after receipt to be free from manufacturing flaw or defect as long as the garments are washed according to the label instructions and treated in a reasonable manner and without excessive stretching of the fabric.
We guarantee that ‘Made to Measure’ garments will fit well where measurements have been taken by a person authorised to do so in writing by Sculpture Garments Ltd. We also guarantee the fit of garments where measurements have been taken and supplied by the customer if those measurements are less than 5% different from actual measurements. Sculpture Garments reserves the right to request that actual measurements are verified by a person authorised by Sculpture Garments, before considering a refund or exchange. Sculpture Garments does not guarantee the fit of “Made to Measure” garments where incorrect measurements are supplied.
Refunds or exchanges will not be given where the purchaser buys a standard sized ‘commonly used’ garment that is the incorrect size for them or where one part of the garment fits them incorrectly. In this case it is advised that the purchaser should have purchased a ‘made to measure’ garment.
No returns or refunds will be processed for orders outside of the return policy unless approved by Sculpture Garments.
Return Information
Should you wish to return a garment, please contact us to initiate your return request. Returned items must be received within 25 working days of initiating a return request. Sculpture Garments reserves the right to replace or exchange free of charge with a new replacement garment instead of refunding the initial cost price.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for garments that have been altered without permission of Sculpture Garments, washed in a way not according to label instructions, damaged, sized incorrectly, that have not been washed after being worn for more than 2 hours, that emit odors (including, but not limited to: detergent, lotion, fragrances, sweat, smoke, or food) or indicate that they have come into contact with other irritants/allergens (such as pet hair or dander).
Sculpture Garments does not cover the shipping cost for returning garments unless the garment has suffered a manufacture flaw or defect. Refunds/exchange garments will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a returned garment.
